Office Warrior are both outdoor or indoor training sessions at your workplace. Here at Warrior we understand that it may be difficult to stick to a regular training regime because of work commitments and shifts, so we thought we’d bring it to you!
Then this may be for you.
Just because you work hard doesn’t mean you can’t train hard!
These are warriors early morning circuit sessions for you early starters before work begins, turn up, rip into the session and start your day with a bang.
These are short sharp intense 45min warrior circuits held on your lunch hour, turn up, rip in then get back to work and finish your day off.
These are warriors after work circuit sessions. Avoid the rush hour traffic and get your daily fitness fix instead!
Finish work, rip into the session then head home, missing rush hour traffic and probably arriving home no later than you usually would.
Sessions are available for as little as £4!
