WHAT IS PH1:
6 WEEK WARRIOR?
Phase one is your induction to the warrior way. Our phase one program is designed to help anyone become fitter, stronger, faster, happier, and healthier in just six weeks. Warriors must complete phase one before progressing onto phases two and three!
In phase one, you will be introduced to how we train and eat, with access to over 35 workouts, 55 recipes including vegan and vegetarian options, and weekly challenges. For six weeks, warriors will complete between 3-5 workouts each week, monitoring their progress before moving onto phase 2.
