Get Ready For Phase .02

WHAT IS PH2:

8 WEEK WARRIOR

Phase one was your induction to the warrior way. Now, in phase 2, you will be pushed even more.

Warriors will be introduced to more movements, with more fun, exciting, individual and group challenges.

Just like phase one, our phase 2 workouts are designed to transform you, whilst being able to be completed anywhere by anyone. Phase 2 has more workouts, more recipes, more challenges, more intensity, and of course, more progress. Once you have completed this phase, you will be invited to our third and final phase.

You have 8 weeks to push your limits and make as much progress as possible.

You will be completing 4-6 workouts each week, each one pushing your limits to a fitter, faster, stronger, you.

EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW

All warrior workouts are a mixture of strength, endurance, and high intensity. This means short and fast-paced workouts you can complete anywhere, anytime. From the comfort of your own home, in the gym, or at the park, with or without equipment.

We made our workouts accessible to anyone and anywhere.

Our workouts vary between 20 and 40 minutes and give warriors the opportunity to choose their own difficulty each day and week. Beginner, intermediate, or warrior.

All warriors are invited to join our free private community where once a week warriors have the opportunity to take part in a live workout with head coach Iain Morrison, and each month attend 2 live Q&A sessions to have all your questions answered.
